Tracking-Mails: Collect applications

Up to now it is not possible to customize any flexibiltiy with the tracking emails that will be send whenever the "Location" (HR/MGR) will change for one applicant.
Espacially when there are vacancies (like retail positions) where LOTS of applications will come in it is very anoyoing for the managers to get so much mails / "spam".
Could you please implement something that makes it possible for the managers (and/or HR too) to decide if they want to be informed immediately, or if PeopleXS should somehow "collect" this tracking emails and send them once a day or week ("every Monday").
The tracking email should be kept simple: Show the Vacancy and the number of new tasks to do for the manager for this vacancy plus a link to the manager portal.

Block multiple applications from the same candidate on the same vacancy

We saw that it is possible for candidates to apply multiply on a vacancy. This makes life for HR a little bit more work-intensive. It would be very helpful to have something like the following:
My Idea: if a candiate applies for a vacancy - this application should be stored in a table "White Flag" - indicates that an application from this candidate at this vacancy is available)
Whenever a candidates applies for a vacancy there should be a check if an entry (FIRSTNAME,LASTNAME,EMAIL - for this vacancy) allready exists in this table. In that case the candidate should either get a message and should not be able to aply again, or if the status of his/her application is not "rejected" or something similar the candidate should be able to open the former application and change it / add new documents etc. - of course the changes should be marked somehow to see that there was a later edit...
When the status is somekind of "Finished / Rejected" the candidate should be informed - politely - and shouldn't be able to apply again.

Wij zouden het heel fijn vinden als we selectielijsten konden deleten die we niet meer gebruiken. IOndertussen hebben we 5 pagina's vol en het zoeken erin wordt erg onoverzichtelijk. Hetzelfde geld voor workflow. We hebben nu 2 workflows die we niet gebruiken, maar die we onder de setup wel blijven zien.

It would be very nice to be able to customize the texts / links etc. for the Email that is send to manager's whenever there is something to do for them (check candidate, etc.)
Couldn't you make it as customizable as the rest of the email - templates?

Tracking mails for responsable user only
Currently if we activate the tracking mails, we receive tracking mails for a l l vacancies, also the vacancies for which we are not the owner. Problem: because we receive so many tracking mails we have to switch off the tracking mail functionality (= useless for us)
Our wish: we only want to receive tracking mails for our own vacancies.

Add more accounts to a vacancy

When I enter a vacancy in PeopleXS, I can add 1 account to it (in the account you can see how many candidates they introduced and how many are hired) It would be great when we could add more accounts to a vacancy.
We are working together with several temp agencies who are entering there candidates to a portal for 1 position.
Pleas vote for this Top 5 idea!.
Remove rejected applicants from manager portal

it would be helpfull if definitely rejected candidates (so the workflow is finished) would be automatically removed from the manager portal. Otherwise the manager overview of some long-term vacancies get realy confusing.

Browsing Documents
It would be helpful to have a "Browse" Button in the window of the email to the candidates. With that function, each HR person could attach a personalized document to the email (for example Job Description, adapted offer, etc.). Of course, the general documents which are uploaded in the system are still necessary..
