Our challenge was to find a system which could adjust to our needs. Our managers are typically former waiters and chefs, which means that they not always are used to it systems. It is essential that we have a system which is easy to use.

The manager portal means that each hotel is in charge of its own recruitment process. We use the vacancy portal to publish our jobs on various job boards and, of course, on our own website.
